| Tim Gavin, Co-Founder and CEO |
Tim Gavin has worked in the investment management software industry for the past 11 years. Gavin joined Eze Castle Software (ECS), a leader in Trade and Portfolio Management systems for buy-side investment managers, in 1996 as the 3rd employee and assisted in managing the company's growth to approximately 150 employees with 5 offices located throughout the US and the UK prior to his departure in 2004. Tim Gavin spent his last several years at ECS serving as a Senior Vice President and as a member of the executive team focusing on strategic initiatives. Tim Gavin has worked closely with over a hundred of the world's largest hedge funds and investment managers assisting in installing various trading, accounting, and research related systems. Tim Gavin graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Boston College with a BA in Computer Science and a minor in Slavic and Eastern European studies. Tim Gavin resides in Boston, MA, with his wife and 4 children. |
| Dwight Wyatt, Co-Founder |
Dwight Wyatt has 10 years of experience in software development with an industry focus on buy-side asset management. He has grown teams and directed full lifecycle projects building products from concept and has transitioned legacy code bases to leading edge architectures. Dwight Wyatt was most recently V.P. of Software Development at Eze Castle Software, an industry leader in Trade Order Management systems. Joining the firm in 1999, he was part of a core team that saw the company grow from 10 to 120 employees in three years. During that time, he was involved in building and managing a software development team of nearly 40 programmers and product managers, and defined the product feature track with sales and executive teams. During his tenure, Dwight Wyatt oversaw the creation of several new product lines, including a portfolio management system, pre- and post-trade compliance system, secure file transfer and reconciliation processes, and electronic trading using the FIX protocol with over 200 brokers. He executed a technical overhaul of Traders Console, the company's main software offering, resulting in a real-time multi-tiered system. Before joining Eze, Dwight Wyatt held positions at several consulting firms. He worked at Sapient where he was the lead developer on a retail gas management system for Williams Co. Prior to Sapient, he worked at a consulting firm in Rhode Island, servicing the state's Ethics Commission and other clients. At American Management Systems, a consulting firm based out of Fairfax, VA., he worked on a child welfare tracking system for the Rhode Island Department of Youth and Family Services. Dwight Wyatt attended Harvard University where he received a bachelor's degree in computer science and currently resides in Boston. |
| Jaime Bean, Director of Global Sales |
Jaime Bean is the Director of Global Sales at Code Red, Inc., where he oversees all aspects of the sales positioning, marketing, and business development. Jaime Bean has over 13 years of sales experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Code Red Inc., he was a Vice President at BNY Jaywalk, working in sales on the buy-side initiative team. Previously, he worked for Behind the Numbers as the Director of East Coast Sales. At BTN, he played a key role in expanding their New York presence and helping to rework their overall marketing strategy and focus. From 1999 to 2004, he was Director of North American Sales at Computershare Analytics. Jaime Bean was one of the first employees at Financial Data Concepts prior to its acquisition by Computershare in 2001. At Computershare, he was a senior member of the team responsible for building and marketing a buy-side database called StreetSight.net which was recently sold to Thomson Financial. Over the years, he has worked in various sales and management positions at Primark and Thomson Financial. Jaime Bean attended Syracuse University where he received a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. He is a partner in two restaurants in New York City. Bean currently resides in Hoboken, New Jersey. |

Maria DeSousa is the Director of Operations at Code Red, Inc., where she shares responsibility for Code Red’s day-to-day operations, and is focused on building the corporate infrastructure needed to maintain Code Red’s rapid growth while ensuring that quality remains high. Maria’s years of experience and her recently acquired MBA education give her a well-seasoned perspective which perfectly complements Code Red’s needs as a young and rapidly growing company. Before joining Code Red in June 2007, she worked at Eze Castle Software where for six years she held multiple positions including development manager and operations analyst. During these years she made tremendous contributions to Eze’s product line and internal systems and worked with her teams on the front lines addressing customer issues. In 2005 Maria left Eze Castle Software to pursue an MBA at Babson College, which she finished in May 2007, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Operations and Finance. Maria DeSousa graduated in 1998 from Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela with a BA in Computer Science and a minor in Computer Engineering. She resides in Framingham, MA, with her husband and two children. |
