Tim Gavin has worked in the investment management software industry for 13 years. During this time he has helped over 100 of the world's largest hedge funds automate and enhance their research, trading and accounting operations.
Prior to launching Code Red, Tim joined Eze Castle Software, a pioneer in trading systems for buy-side firms, as their 3rd employee. He was instrumental in growing the company into a global organization with 150 employees, departing as the Senior Vice President for strategic initiatives and a member of Eze Castle’s executive team.
Tim Gavin graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Boston College with a BA in Computer Science and a minor in Slavic and Eastern European studies.
Tim lives in Boston with his wife and five children.

Dwight Wyatt is an industry veteran in the area of software development for asset management firms.
Before founding Code Red, Dwight was a Vice President of Software Development at Eze Castle Software, an industry leader in Trade Order Management systems. Dwight was responsible for building the software development and product management teams for Eze OMS – Eze Castle’s highly successful flagship product. Dwight also oversaw the creation of several new product lines, including a portfolio management system, pre- and post-trade compliance system, secure file transfer and reconciliation processes.
Dwight Wyatt attended Harvard University where he received a bachelor's degree in computer science.

Jaime Bean is the Director of Global Sales at Code Red, where he oversees all aspects of Sales, marketing, and business development.
Jaime has over 14 years of sales experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Code Red, he was a senior sales executive at BNY Jaywalk, now BNY Convergex, as a member of the buy-side sales team. Jaime has also held senior positions at Behind the Numbers and Computershare Analytics. Jaime was one of the first employees at Financial Data Concepts prior to its acquisition by Computershare in 2001. At Computershare he was responsible for the success of their buy-side database, StreetSight.net, which was purchased by Thomson Financial. Jaime has also held sales positions at Primark and Thomson Financial.
Jaime attended Syracuse University where he earned a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. |

Maria DeSousa shares responsibility for Code Red’s day-to-day operations and is focused on building the corporate infrastructure to support Code Red’s rapid growth.
Maria began her career at Eze Castle Software as an operations analyst and left as a development manager. In 2005 Maria left Eze Castle Software to pursue an MBA at Babson College, which she finished in May 2007, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Operations and Finance.
Maria graduated from Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela with a BA in Computer Science and a minor in Computer Engineering.
